Merck is proud to announce that The Merck Manual Online Medical Library was selected as an Official Honoree in both the Health and Pharmaceutical categories of the Webby Awards for 2007.

Merck is committed to providing authoritative and current medical information both in print and online.  As part of this effort, Merck provides online access to The Merck Manuals as a service to the community.

Called the “Oscars of the Internet” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international awards honoring excellence on the Internet.  The 11th Annual Webby Awards received a record 8,000 entries from more than 60 countries and from all 50 states.  Fewer than 15% of the entries were designated Official Honorees.

The Webby Awards is the leading international awards honoring excellence on the Internet.  The 9th Annual Webby Awards received a over 4000 entries from all 50 states and over 40 countries worldwide.
