Dyshidrotic Dermatitis

This photo shows vesicles and hyperkeratosis on the sole of a patient with dyshidrotic foot dermatitis. A small blister on the base of the fifth toe and a ruptured bullous lesion at the base of the fourth toe indicate initial progression to pompholyx affecting the foot (podopompholyx).
