This photo shows bullous keratopathy in a patient with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy. The arrows show multiple medium-sized epithelial bullae. The light reflex is irregular, demonstrating multiple small bullae (showing microcystic edema). There is also general cloudiness of the cornea, which can be seen by the blurring of the iris border, for example, at the 6 o'clock position.
