    Xanthelasma

Small yellow-white lumps known as xanthelasmas are seen under the eye. This finding may indicate elevated cholesterol levels but usually does not. Xanthelasmas rarely may occur in other disorders such as primary biliary cirrhosis or granulomatosis with polyangiitis (formerly known as Wegener granulomatosis).
