Inability to Ejaculate

Inability to ejaculate (anejaculation) is usually caused by inability to reach orgasm. It usually occurs as part of erectile dysfunction. Cause is usually prostate surgery. . Retrograde ejaculation can sometimes result in absence of visible semen.
