This photo shows vitreous inflammation (seen as haziness when viewing the retina) and necrotizing retinitis with yellow discoloration of the retina and retinal vessels, indicating occlusive retinal vasculitis, in this patient with acute retinal necrosis due to herpes simplex virus infection.
