    Dermatophytid Reaction

Dermatophytid (identity or id) reactions are inflammatory reactions to dermatophytosis at a site distant from the primary infection. The reaction takes multiple forms and may manifest as vesicles, papules, erysipelas-like plaques, erythema nodosum, erythema annulare centrifugum, or urticaria.
