    Melanoma (Superficial Spreading)

Superficial spreading melanoma accounts for 70% of all melanomas. It usually manifests as a plaque with irregular, raised, indurated, and tan or brown areas, which often show red, white, black, and blue spots or small, sometimes protuberant blue-black nodules.
