Dermatitis Herpetiformis

Dermatitis herpetiformis is characterized by clusters of intensely pruritic vesicles, papules, and urticaria-like lesions usually distributed symmetrically on extensor surfaces. Celiac sprue is present in 75 to 90% of patients but is asymptomatic in most cases.
