  • Two band neutrophils (top and bottom) and a neutrophilic myelocyte (right center) in blood from a dog with Pelger-Huët anomaly, Wright-Giemsa, 100X oil immersion. The nuclear chromatin is more clumped than typically seen in immature neutrophilic cells.
