Return to Topic

  • Soft-Tissue Disorders Causing Lameness in Cattle
  • Tarsal cellulitis. This is a common condition in dairy cows housed in stalls that are too short for the length of the animal. The sharp edge of the curb causes abrasions of the skin and subcutaneous tissues overlying the bones of the tarsus.
