This frontal view of a chest and abdominal radiograph shows bilateral diffuse ground-glass opacity in both lungs with air bronchograms, consistent with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).
Also seen are an orogastric tube as well as umbilical artery and venous catheters in expected positions.
