Notes

• This calculator helps estimate creatine clearance in subjects ages 60-92 with body mass between 24 and 61 kg.
• For females the Mult Factor is 13 and the Add Factor is 29. For males, the Mult Factor is 19 and the Add Factor is 32.
• This calculation may not be appropriate in patients with protein wasting states such as nephrotic syndrome.
