Simple Percutaneous Suture

The suture begins and ends equidistant from the wound margins. Points A and B are at the same depth. The suture is farther from the wound edge at the depth of the wound. The skin edges should be everted by making the width of the bite greater at the deepest part of the wound than at the surface.
