Urinary Calculi
This illustration shows renal and ureteral calculi. The image at top left shows a staghorn calculus, a kind of stone that completely fills the majority of the hollow portion (collecting system) of the kidneys. The top right image shows a calculus passing into the ureter. The bottom image shows small renal calculi within an upper calyx.
